WHAT IS THE FUNCTION OF THREE DECK SCREEN CLEANER?

Three Deck Screen Cleaner has been developed for cleaning all type of dry and granular products as pulses, grains and especially sunflower seeds and separating them from organic or inorganic impurities.

Three Deck Screen Cleaner;

• separates light granules and weak seeds by means of vacuum aspiration.

• sorts out thin and undersized granules by means of the sieves mounted screens(undersize).

• separates large and coarse seeds from the product in the second sieve (oversize).

• pre-cleaned product can output in two grades in the second sieve.

By means of your sieve selection, the pre-cleaned products can be also graded. Max. 4 grades or ,2 grades after cleaning, are ideal for fine screen.

Work principle

The products poured into the adjustable flap feed chamber with the help of feeder elevator are sorted out from dust at the pre-suction stage, whilst passing through the vacuum chamber.

The products move on the screen with the vibration of the eccentric.

The screen can be used as cleaner or grader.

According to the number of the screen pre-mounted on the machine, the smaller but heavier impurities pass through the sieve and are undersized.

In the meanwhile, the products on the sieve are cleaned from light and weak seeds by means of 4 air suction channels generated by vacuum chamber.

At the first sieve boat, the small impurities are sorted out and the light particles are sucked into the vacuum chamber.

The seeds sorted out from the small and light impurities move on to the second sieve boat and are separated into undersize fine product or oversize coarse product or else the seeds can be graded in two size, as undersize or oversize, at the last sieve boat.

Each product is cleaned from light and weak seeds five times by means of 4 air suction channels generated by vacuum chamber.

Each product is subjected to clean with vacuum five times and this is the best available aspiration cleaning. The air suction ratio can be adjusted. As the undersize cleaning system consists of brushes moving forward and back, there is no clogging risk for the screen.
